C: Vitality 25% AHA Peel – 3.0pH (10% Glycolic acid/15% Lactic acid)

The perfect formulation to use in conjunction with our DERModality™ Layering Techniques. The molecular weight of Lactic acid is somewhat large; therefore its penetration into the skin is slower. This slower speed of penetration reduces the occurrence of edema (swelling) and erythema (redness) during and after treatment. Our Lactic formula allows for the perfect complement when layered underneath other chemical Peels to achieve mutable treatment protocols.

Retinol/Lactic Acid Peel 10/10 2oz

The Vitamin A Retinol is a uniquely active formula (once applied on the skin surface) that contains significant concentrations of Vitamin A (retinol) combined with the resurfacing value of Lactic Acid. This combination allows for deeper exfoliation of surface dead skin cells as well as a powerful decongestive mechanism for the accumulation of lipids and oils surrounding the glands and hair follicles. Vitamin A at this condensed level is known for its ability to stimulate and increase the production of healthy skin cells “the natural production of three building blocks – Collagen, Fibronectin and Hyaluronic Acid” thus visibly reducing the signs of aging. Salicylic Acid 20%

Product Description

DERModality™´s Salicylic Acid 20% formula is extracted from the willow bark. Our 20% Salicylic acid formula is lipid-soluble in contrast to water-soluble AHA´s. Because of this, our 20% SA formula easily penetrates into the lipid plug in a congested follicle.

SA is considered both keratolytic and antimicrobial. Studies show that SA is more effective than glycolic, resulting in decreased comedones, quicker exfoliation and accelerated improvement of the skin without excessive irritation.
