GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

ORDERING

  • By phone, fax, email or internet.
  • Information required: Merchandise description, style number, color (including trim color, if applicable), size and quantity."
  • Your name and/or company’s name with full address and telephone number.
  • Your Credit Card number with date of expiration
  • Discount will be given to large quantity orders.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

  • In addition to merchandise, you pay for applicable taxes and shipping charges (including on all returns), plus duties and customs charges, if applicable, for international shipments.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the parcel and the destination.

DELIVERY

  • The delivery time, depending on quantities, is approximately 3 to 7 business days after receipt of confirmation of order and payment. Exceptions on delivery time on custom orders and items vary 3to 8 weeks.
  • We only charge your credit card when your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

  • Claims of shortage or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and all packing material must be saved.
  • If you are not satisfied with our merchandise and return it within 2  days after receiving, (shipping charge is not refundable).
  • 15% Restocking Fee will be charged for return item. The returned merchandise must NOT be worn, used, washed, altered, hemmed, soiled, and must be packed with original material together with tags intact.
  • No return is accepted on printed, embroidered garments, or any Special or Custom  orders.
